All prices are listed in SEK and includes VAT (25 %). We reserve the right to adjust any price errors before and after the order is placed. We kindly reserve us if any misprint occur, product changes, price adjustments, any color discrepancies and that we can't guarantee that all photos represents the products real appearances. We do report all attempt to fraud to the police and ANDFAIR/Love your neighbour AB reserves the right to cancel the order if attempt to fraud are feared.
If we aren't able to deliver your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by email och phone.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
You can use credit card or advance payment.
We use Payson as partner whom guarantee an easy and secure way to pay. ANDFAIR/Love your neighbour AB never stores you card information, everything is encrypted through secure servers (SSL).
For Swedish customers it is possible to use prepayment. Place the payment to our bank account or Swish. The payment should be at our bank account before we deliver. Mark the payment with your order number received by email when placing the order.
Free shipping world wide over 1500 sek.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any costs regarding duty that will apply when shipping outside EU.
Our ambition is to deliver within 1-3 days to Sweden. For international orders 3-6 days. We mainly use Postnord as shipping partner. Your package will stay at the delivery office for 14 days. If you doesn't collect your package within this period we will claim a cost of 300 sek for return and overhead costs. If you have changed your mind, please email us and return the package to us.
You have the right to return your purchased item until 14 days after delivery as long as it's not used and that it is in undamaged condition. Hangtags and packing should be untouched. We will refund to your account which you paid with. We cannot refund postage costs.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us and we will replace it as soon as possible. We will refund any postage cost regarding return of damaged item.

Once we receive your order and it's undamaged/unused we will send you an exchange notification or refund your account (excluding shipping costs). If it's a claim we will replace your item and refund your shipping cost.
We only accept returns and claims if you have contacted us by email before sending the item back. We also recommend you using tracking service when sending back your order. We cannot take responsibility for items gone missing in the mail. If you refund hasn't been received within 7 days of us notifying you, please contact your bank and after that contact us by email.
These Terms and conditions are according to Swedish law.
We follow the Swedish Consumer sales act and the Distance sales act for private customers. For company customers it is the Sales of Goods act.
If any dispute occur we will apply The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
In case of Force Majeure, ANDFAIR/Love your neighbour ABs obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and ANDFAIR/Love your neighbour AB can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by ANDFAIR/Love your neighbour AB. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. ANDFAIR/Love your neighbour AB will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
